In general, we should try to follow the data sheets, unless they're
plain wrong or horribly misleading. I think VDD makes sense because
it's also used as the chip's supply voltage and in the C version, it
determines the output high voltage.

GND should be Power In, not Power Out.

That should just be the component file name, minus the .lib
More detailed part numbers can go to the top.
