GSM-noise "buzz" issue

Wolfson micro headquarters is in Edinburgh AFAIK. Probably you'll find someone 
there who might be interested in your findings on that.
Please don't forget to specify things like amount of soldering tin between 
chip and PCB and distance of chip upper surface to can lid, when starting 
investigation, so the results about chip-internal effects when applying RF to 
single pin are reproduceable.

For the rest of us, the simple rule "there must not be *any* RF *anywhere* on 
WM8753" should suffice to do a decent working buzz-free design.
