Speaker Placement

Don't assume actual speaker placement being driven by too much planning and 
thoughts like this.
100% ACK for the covering-by-hand issue - I noticed this early in 2008 and 
mentioned it prior to GTA03 case design, so we may hope for better placement 
on this device ;)
