Debug board - giving up

Nils, I can feel your pain.

Every time I bricked mine, it took a day or two to revive it.

Some reactivation tips here:

0.) Detach any USB cables from the Neo.
1.) Be sure to have a fresh battery.
2.) Make sure the FPC is always firmly seated -- even a millimeter
can make a difference :/
3.) Make sure the debug board is recognized properly and outputs
"No JTAG devices found. Check cables and power"

4.) To get it recognized by JTAG, the following steps almost always
worked here:

4.0): Remove FPC
4.1): Remove Battery
4.2): Wait 2 seconds
4.3): Reattach FPC
4.3): Reinsert Battery
4.4): Press and hold Neo Power button for two seconds
4.5): run openocd
