P1 Device

Hi,

To my surprise I received my P1 phone today.  Thanks to the team!  I
put a Cingular SIM inside and tried to make calls but with no success.
 The GSM applet shows I have anywhere from one to three bars, which
makes me think I'm connected to the network.  I tried dialing a number
with and without leading 1 and 01's (from/to USA).  Incoming calls are
also not working.  Thanks,
