So you should check what we did on nokia n810 (I'm responsile for usb on
nokia internet tablets on kernel-side).

Anyways, the device won't get usb otg compliance with mini-b receptacle
in it.

Also, I didn't see an otg transceiver on the hw list, is there any ? We
need an otg transceiver to sample the id_pin status and switch roles
(host/peripheral) based on that id_pin: if grounded we go to host (a)
states, if floating we go to peripheral (b) states.

We also need an otg targeted peripheral list and some other stuff i can
list if it's needed.
