Well, I think we've already implicifly decided on this internally.

I used to do GPLv2-only up to about one year ago, when entering all
kinds of discussions with Eben Moglen during the GPLv3 process.  

But I guess this really is becoming off-topic soon.  We'll talk about
this internally.
