Trying to register a project

   A couple of weeks ago, I tried to register a project via the
projects.openmoko.org web site.   I received an automatically generated
message which said, in part:

    "The OpenMokoProjects admin team will now examine your project
     submission.  You will be notified of their decision."

I never heard anything more about it.   Are multiweek waits normal
for waiting to hear if a project is approved?   Is it felt to be too
early to begin registering applications-level projects?
