About QVGA theme for OM.2

Fwiw,

Stefan Schmidt and me worked a full day on OpenEZX last weekend and
made a lot of progress. The QVGA version of the theme is almost ready
-- please see my blog post for details (up in a couple of hours).

Thomas, can you please make openmoko-today2 get "TakuIcon" size from
the theme instead of hardcoding?
