Hi all,

I have been trying to cross-compile kaffe 1.1.7 by basing it on
kaffe-gtk_1.1.5.bb However I am running into a a problem with the X
libraries during config phase. The error I get is:

checking for X... disabled
configure: error: GTK+ peers requested but no X library available
configure: error: /bin/sh
'/openmoko/mokodev/build/tmp/work/i686-linux/kaffeh-native-1.1.7-r3/kaffe-
1.1.7/libraries/javalib/external/classpath/configure' failed for
libraries/javalib/external/classpath
 FATAL: oe_runconf failed
NOTE: Task failed: /openmoko/mokodev/build/tmp/work/i686-linux/kaffeh-
native-1.1.7-r3/temp/log.do_configure.10616
NOTE: package kaffeh-native-1.1.7-r3: task do_configure: failed
ERROR: TaskFailed event exception, aborting
NOTE: package kaffeh-native-1.1.7: failed
ERROR: Build of kaffe-gtk failed

In my normal i686 (Ubuntu) env, the xorg-dev package provides me the
libraries required. However I can't seem to find the package that provides
the libs in openmoko/openembedded. Any suggestions on how I can get this to
work?

Regards,
Srijith
