Anjuta IDE extensions (toolchain support)

Hi,

preity-plugin for Anjuta (beta-2) is released:

I have added the following:

* Target binary as well as .ipk package generation.
* Building applications from makefile, autotools (with OM build
environment), and openmoko toolchain methods.
* Ability to install/uninstall/execute target binary/package from IDE
on to connected Neo.

The docs/ directory in the sources has documentation on how to use the same.
