Recipe for setting up OpenEmbedded environment on wiki

I followed the instructions at
http://www.openembedded.org/wiki/GettingStarted when setting it up. Clear
and easy instructions, step by step.

The DISTRO = "openmoko" mentioned in the official wiki  (
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/OpenMoko#Setting_up_an_OpenMoko_SDK) didn't
work, so I'm trying to build with "generic" and using MACHINE="fic-gta01"
right now.
