GPE vs OPIE

GPE components will be probably used. 

There are no plans to run OPIE on Neo1973 phone. And if someone will even 
do it (should not be hard) then remember that it will be unofficial and 
lacking phone software. 

OpenMoko platform use X11 and GTK2 - we do not want to get out of X11 
environment.
