Yes, totally! One of my biggest annoyances is having a tmobile dash
phone and all my email from China and Taiwan is scrambled because of
lack of language support. It is such a downer.

Then on my motorola phone I use for travel in China, all non-latin text
is just blocked out, nearly looking censored by the great firewall of
china...however, it is just bad language support...phone development
seems to always be cutting corners.
