MokoMakefile update

[MokoMakefile seems to be popular with new OpenMoko developers - it has
been downloaded from 674 unique IP addresses so far ...]

I have recently made the following changes to MokoMakefile:

1) MokoMakefile now builds the latest images using the OpenMoko SVN HEAD
and the OpenEmbedded monotone HEAD. This continues to correspond with
what the core OpenMoko developers are doing (as far as I am aware).

2) If you are running a monotone version that is more recent than the
version used to generate the OE snapshot database, MokoMakefile will
fall-back to the most recent OE snapshot, and then do a "mtn db migrate"
for you. This works for 0.32 -> 0.33 at least.

3) It now builds dfu-util-native, ftdi-eeprom-native and openocd-native,
for use when flashing new images onto the device.

The next goals are to get MokoMakefile to build devirginator, and to
incorporate the new bitbake patch for svnlatest building.

Remember that MokoMakefile is a tool which aids you in setting up your
OpenMoko build environment in a predictable, repeatable fashion.

It is not a replacement for common sense, and it does not absolve you
from reading and understanding the full build procedure documentation
(including OpenEmbedded and Monotone documentation).
