You can reference 3GPP IMS phone,
IMS running over UMTS, For example, if Neo1973 attached WCDMA modem, the
IMS terminal software (like VOIP,but more functions) can run on Neo1973,
so Neo1973 will be a terminal including GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSDPA/IMS
wireless function,we can implement all IMS core network
functions(CSCF,etc.) on the Neo1973 platform,
