I'd like to see a standard dialog that is guaranteed to always be on top 
whenever ringing is happening.  The nightmare scenario is that you are 
in some application that won't let you go to the ringing control panel, 
and you have to figure out how to exit while everyone stares at you.  
Muting the ringing should be a simple button, no pulldown menus or the 
like to wade through, so you can deactivate the ring asap.
