don't suspend when on power

Since suspend works for me now (THANKS!!!) i started using it.
Then i realised something. The phone should better not go into suspend 
when it is connected via usb or power. (no backlit and locked screen 
would be just right.)

I think it would be a good idea to have two profiles for power 
management. One for tethered use and one for battery use.

Just a idea, Maybe someone who knows where and how could implement 
something like this...
