Agree Werner. updating "ld.so.cache" at package install time is better.
And someone forgot to do it.
if /etc/ld.so.cache doesn't need to be updated, "ldconfig" will ignore
all checking by itself. The point is rootfs maintainer need to remember
to do this job to avoid taking long time at boot time.
We can save it 18 secs right now! :D
