Openmoko community repository bb file

Hi Julian,
     I had wrote a bb file for the openmoko community repository.
Would you please review that and put that into ASU.dev and OM.dev.

under ${OEDIR}/package/openmoko-projects/  (If you think other place 
will be better, just put that where you think)
