'diversity-radar' status

Hi All,

here is the current status about diversity-radar project. It's almost done!

what is diversity-radar?

it's a python UI application. It would display nearby NEO information 
,but all information data are from diversity-daemon. It displays a radar 
scanner and scans all other NEO devices within a specific distance.

where is it?

The current status:
* it can change scanning rate and viewport radius from UI
* it can listen signals from diversity-daemon dbus
* it has a line animator, like scanner
* it can flash/display a matched device by line animator
* it has a bb recipe eg. bitbake diversity-radar

to-do list:
* use edje to present all images
* make a nicer circle effect
* make some interactions between map and tag list
