Yes I know. There are two things to it. The pure technical one is. It was on 
before suspend, it is off after suspend. So this is a feature, after the 
patch applied, that only works _once_ which is not acceptable. The other 
question is what about the "wrong" information mike is seeing. Is 
that "misconfiguration" common across networks? if that is the case it might 
make sense to turn off the time sync task completely?
