connman "test app"

now connman is in our devel tree as packages - u need wpa_supplicant 0.6.0+ (i
changed the preferred version) etc. etc.

i present my... test app. it's rather extensive. it uses edbus and the
libs/main loop bindings. it has cmd-line options (-h prints them). comments
etc. there too, a state machine and abstraction etc.

attached - tarball to build the app etc. etc.

this should server as a guide to how to talk to and work with connman.
