asoc.patch

Hi,

I'm trying to build a kernel for the neo with my h1940 tree as
basis. I'm based on current -rc kernel so there are a lot of rejects in
the asoc.patch. From what I can see, the asoc.patch is even not based on
the current alsa-kernel development tree. Where can I find the upstream
tree for this patch ?

Also, I've not seen any request on alsa-devel about merging the neo1973
specific bits. Will they be merged in the next merge from ASoC into the
alsa-kernel tree ?
