well, usually my experience is that people not really familiar with real
email and forced to outlook/exchange or that kind of email brokenness
are better off with using attachments. Their clients just break the line
wraps / ... too often.
However, the attachment mime type is still wrong. IT's not an
"application/octet-stream". It's actually just regular plaintext.
