I sync'd up my kernel yesterday to origin/andy git and I still have the
errors with the microSD card:
2gb Super microSD A-data
I created 1 linux partition with fdisk.
mkfs.ext3 /dev/mmcblk0p1 and I get a bunch of errors.
I've tried to do a binary search and found that
Disk /dev/mmcblk0: 2041 MB, 2041577472 bytes
4 heads, 16 sectors/track, 62304 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 64 * 512 = 32768 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/mmcblk0p1 1 54933 1757848 83 Linux
/dev/mmcblk0p2 54934 62304 235872 83 Linux
worked without errors for partition 1.

gave me the following errors when I create partition with fdisk:
<6>EXT3 FS on mmcblk0p1, internal journal
<6>EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.

then a whole lot more errors when I do a
mkfs.ext3 /dev/mmcblk0
so somewhere between 1800M and 1900M in size causes problems for me.
