Indeed. But a bit large, about 100mm2 footprint. If this is an issue,
there are also BGA options. E.g., the MSP430FG4619IZQWR in a 7x7mm BGA.
It seems a bit pricy, though.

I was hoping for something more like a 4x4mm or 5x5mm form factor. But
I can see that this could leave us with a bit of a pin shortage ...
