3.5mm earjack on GTA04

To be compatible with usual 3.5mm headPHONES jacks (3ring connector), our 
connector pinout assignment has to be:
from tip to base:
left earpiece
right earpiece
microphone
GND

Usual 3-ring jacks as found on headphones just miss the 3d ring from top, thus 
leaving out mic with this pinout.

Verified against Motorola phone, Standard headphone and 3.5mm headset by
/jOERG
