[PATCH] always call resume dependencies

I added some checkpatch / removing the printk()s and started making a
small patch on top to move this state into resume_dependency, then I
realized that I did not understand really how the patch delivers -->

~    dependent never suspends (and therefore never resumes either).''

so I had better stop meddling with it.  Nothing seems to call back the
dependency list any more often than it did before.  Anyway if whatever
it is doing is effective then we should give it a go immediately so I
sent it and the checkpatch / syslog removal patches on stable.
