Need help with battery

Suddenly, I can't get anything from my battery. It is constantly timing 
out in the HDQB_WAIT_RX case for the FIQ. I've attached an enhanced 
battery that I'm using:

1) adds an ac and usb power_supply.
2) Tries to force an update every 10 seconds.

Still needs some work, though. The battery online should not reflect the 
fact that it is charging, but that it exists (I think).

Can anyone try this and see if it is perhaps my phone as opposed to the 
patch?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
