Software ECC (as of the linux kernel, copied to u-boot) is not compatible with 
the Hardware ECC of the s3c244x. Enabling hardware ECC in u-boot for our 
flash turned out to be pretty easy and delivers the same results as the 
hardware ECC driven by Linux.
