By the way, which file systems do we want to support ? At the
beginning, we can keep it simple and just load the kernel from
the first partition, which we can just define as starting with
the 2nd block on the device.

For the future, I think we should have FAT and ext2/3.

Read-only FAT is quite simple, and we can safely ignore things
like VFAT and directories as well. I can give it a go when my
EVB arrives. It's now somwhere between JFK and EZE. Monday is
a holiday here, so it will probably arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
