You will always need to adjust also the memory timings (mainly the 
REFRESH counter stuff) and most probably the timer 4 settings (unless 
you are so early you don't even have timing, which is kinda hard given 
how early the timing code starts). And don't forget the clock subsystem, 
else the kernel will think it's on the wrong frequency ;-)
