It's not easy to mess with clock on 2442 huh.

I guess stuff like memory timing we just set right for final fast clock
in Qi.  If the clock is slower, it just means we burn a little time,
it's going to exceed necessary timing then and come right when the final
clock is good.  It shouldn't hurt average current to do it that way either.

Yes timer 4 will be wrong afterwards, and clock guts... oh well, it
probably simplest way all told.
