 In response to #930 mwester told me that I need to use zImage with kexec
 (tested and that works). This is nice since now I can test new kernels
 without having to change uboot configuration or touch /boot partition at
 all.

 However, while kexec works on ARM it seems that CONFIG_CRASH_DUMP support
 is not available on ARM.
