Yup, it is. Sorry for the confusion. I've moved the complaint now to

Thanks ! Applied in revision 4009.

By the way, the FIQ changes are actually an excellent example for why
it's hard to disambiguate which files a patch touches: the two files
this patch touches are in all three introduce-fiq-*.patch files, and
they're even all affected by this patch, because their context overlaps.
Pretty close to the worst-case scenario. I ended up just editing the
.patch files directly :-)
