oops in rtc_dev_open() at boot time on gta02

Hello,

I am experiencing a crash in the kernel with the latest 2.6.24 patchset
on gta02.

It is basically an oops in the rtc_dev_open() function. I have created
bug http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1230
