R70/R71 on debug v3 board ?

I just checked a "for customers" debug v3 board, and it has the

- R70, R71: open
- R74: 0R

Yes, that's a combination we haven't had yet in this discussion
thread ;-)

It should actually be okay (I didn't test it yet), but I think we
want to have a resistor on R74, just for safety. I think anything
in  1k <= R74 <= 100k  should be fine.
