there is an issue with this. Since it makes it easy to clone and drive
various attacks. However all devices that I know have the Bluetooth
address with an offset of one to the WiFi address.

So having a full random address assignment would be great, but might be
a little bit of too much overhead. We do have a risk with predicted
addresses, but you not more than the address to drive successfully any
attack based on that.
