defconfig: CONFIG_APM_POWER=y ?

For packaging John Lee asked for the gta01 and 02 ones broken out
separately which I did (the defconfig_gta01 in git does not have
APM_POWER enabled), but I heard someone complaining the other day about
defconfig_om_blah in the packaging stuff, which I never saw.

Also some folks suspend by using apm -s IIRC, maybe pulling it from
GTA02 will upset that.  Otherwise, sounds good to get rid of it AFAIK.
