Yeah, we didn't anticipate that OM0 would have an effect even long
after reset. Anyone would just latch this sort of signal at reset
time, wouldn't they ? ;-)

And we didn't find out early enough to just add a latch on our own.
Well, given all the other delays, we would have had time.
