The basic problem is that CPU clock and peripheral clocks are tied
closely together in the 2410/2440/2442. So when you change one,
you'll upset the others.

Later CPUs (2443 and above) have a separate PLL for peripherals,
which then allows one to choose the CPU clock independently.
