Debug board v2 (the one from the advanced GTA01 kit)

Hi,

while following the openmoko-kernel-list, I found some "hints"
that the debug board v2 will not fully support the new Freerunner
(aka. GTA02) due to some missing resistor patches (or maybe even
more missing stuff).
Am I right or did I misunderstood something?
What will we (the owner of the debug board v2) miss, when we try
to use it in combination with the new Freerunner?
