Yes as I understood it that is where it got left, although I read
soemthing about it still being >100mA even so, but it is "better" than
pulling the whole 500mA.

Andrzej, this relates to the whole U-Boot debate really.  I take your
point but at the same time the pcf50633 support in U-Boot is another
chopped down un- or differently- maintained version of the Linux driver.
 We have different bits of logic about the power management spread in
two worlds with a dead time moving inbetween them, and there is no
overall guide for what should happen when.
