I'm not sure I understand everything about what we do and don't provide,
but right now we definitely do have events that can show up in
/dev/input/event4 for "Power events".

Carsten has asked for events to show up in a bit more of a standard
place now we have a Power Supply class footprint.  So I think he had the
same thought.
