After applying Andy's Glamo band-aid, things are much better. I still
get the occastional boot failure, though. (About 3%, down from 10%.)

Now, the pattern is that the device is either powered down, or is at
least completely unresponsive (including not answering JTAG). Still,
no isolated EoUSB failure. (In about 130 reset-DFU-boot cycles.)

I suspect that something bad is happening during PMU initialization.
Each hang is preceded by MMC messages, but I think that might just
be coincidence.

Typical sequence:

  pcf50633_work: PMU Coldplug init
  pcf50633: dev (254:0)
  pcf50633 0-0073: rtc core: registered pcf50633 as rtc0
  mmc0: req failed (CMD5): -110, retrying...
  glamo-mci glamo-mci.0: Error after cmd: 0x8120
  mmc0: req failed (CMD5): -110, retrying...
  glamo-mci glamo-mci.0: Error after cmd: 0x120
  mmc0: req done (CMD5): -110: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
  mmc0: starting CMD55 arg 00000000 flags 000000f5
  (system hangs)

Anyway, unless there's more information on bug 1252, I'd consider it
as not reproducible.

The boot failures want looking into, though. I knew that we got
stuck every once in a while when booting, but didn't quite realize
that this was so easy to reproduce. So this is actually a good
result :-)
