[PATCH 0/7] LL debug removal, SD suspend, cleanups

This set goes before Holger's stuff

 - remove LL debug from config we dis some days ago
 - reintroduce MMC_UNSAFE_RESUME... with LL debug gone, SD
   card resume works, yea even unto SD rootfs
 - meddle with backlight code
 - try to take backlight down in suspend to hide the 'flash'
   at end of suspend, not completely successful
 - remove several debug syslog noise sources
 - clean build noise

This and holger's stuff are in andy branch now, it would be
great if someone other than just me can confirm resume operation
with current andy branch, then it can all go in stable
