Wah nice find :-/  sent it on stable / andy / andy-tracking... I also
guess we could remove this delay.  BTW FWIW msleep() with small numbers
seems to drastically over delay thing according to the scheduler HZ type
period, whereas mdelay() gives more what you asked for so it's possible
even this small change can make trouble if it really did need a bigger
delay.  But I doubt it.
