Reset doesn't help either:

echo "1"> /sys/bus/platform/devices/neo1973-pm-bt.0/power_on
echo "1"> /sys/bus/platform/devices/neo1973-pm-bt.0/reset
echo "0"> /sys/bus/platform/devices/neo1973-pm-bt.0/reset
cat /sys/bus/platform/devices/neo1973-pm-bt.0/power_on
1

(at least it seems to say it is powered up now)

but device is not present. I have

CONFIG_BT_HCIUSB=y
CONFIG_BT_HCIUSB_SCO=y
CONFIG_USB_SUPPORT=y
CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_HCD=y
CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_OHCI=y
CONFIG_USB=y
CONFIG_USB_DEVICEFS=y
CONFIG_USB_DEVICE_CLASS=y
CONFIG_USB_OHCI_HCD=y
CONFIG_USB_OHCI_LITTLE_ENDIAN=y
CONFIG_USB_BERRY_CHARGE=y
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_SELECTED=y
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_S3C2410=y
CONFIG_USB_S3C2410=y
CONFIG_USB_ETH=y
