picocom works good so rethink the need for neocon

I noted on http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/NeoCon that
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Picocom is an alternative... indeed it
works real good for my thirty second trial, so perhaps "rethink the
need for neocon".
